Install Masnet Gateway and connect Mercado Público
Install the Masnet Gateway extension from Chrome Web Store, connect your Mercado Público session and consult or prepare operations from Masnet.
A computer with Google Chrome 137 or later, an up-to-date Microsoft Edge or another compatible Chromium browser. You need a Masnet account and a supplier session in Mercado Público.
How to do it
Install Masnet Gateway and open Masnet
Open Masnet Gateway in Chrome Web Store and check that the developer is Masnet SpA. Add the extension and review the permissions requested by the browser. In Edge, allow extensions from other stores if prompted. Open Masnet in the same browser and reload the page after installation.
Sign in to Mercado Público
Access the portal through its usual procedure. If Masnet reports that a session is missing, use Open Mercado Público and return to the workspace once signed in. The extension uses that session. you do not need to give Masnet your password.
Check the active supplier
Review the name and company Masnet shows for the Mercado Público session. If your account has several organizations, select the one matching your workspace before reading the profile or preparing a bid. A manually declared tax ID is not the same as a verified company.
Consult the portal and review the result
Open a tender and request validation against the portal or synchronize your bids from the bidding tab. Check the status and differences returned by the operation. To submit, address the checks and review the prepared bid before confirming publication.
What remains
Masnet recognizes the extension and the correct supplier session. Queries and operations you request show their status and result. A submission is verified in the portal with its receipt.

Questions about this task
Do I need the extension to start exploring Masnet?
You can create an account, declare a tax ID and explore internal management without connecting it. Reading your supplier profile and operating your Mercado Público session require the compatible extension.
What if Masnet does not detect the extension?
Check that the extension is installed and enabled in the same browser profile where you opened Masnet. Reload the page. If the application requests an extension update or reload, complete that step before retrying the operation.
What if my session has expired or the company does not match?
Sign in to Mercado Público or switch to the right organization. Return to Masnet and verify the identity again before continuing. Your Masnet account and portal session are separate sign-ins.
Does Masnet Gateway publish a bid when I connect?
No. Connecting the session enables queries and authorized operations. A bid goes through preparation and review. publication requires its confirmation and subsequent verification in Mercado Público.
Is this an official ChileCompra extension?
No. Masnet Gateway is a Masnet extension. Mercado Público retains authority over the procedure and its access mechanism.
Can I install it in Edge or another Chromium browser?
Microsoft Edge can install extensions from Chrome Web Store. Open the same Masnet Gateway listing and allow extensions from other stores if prompted. Other Chromium browsers must support the extension and allow installation from that store. Use the extension in the same browser profile as Masnet and Mercado Público.
