Cause
A test integration only previews, reads its own objects and saves drafts in Communications. Publishing, activating, scheduling, withdrawing, resolving, archiving, unarchiving and reactivating are rejected before taking effect.
What to do
Use a production integration. Surveys simulates these operations instead of rejecting them.
