Cause
With dual control in the company, or if the object is confidential, publishing or launching requires the exact approval of a person in the application, other than whoever prepared the draft and the person responsible for the permission. The credential never approves. details.reason is separation_of_duties if the person is not valid.
What to do
Ask an authorized person to approve the digest in the application and repeat.
